AG college of education, situated in Tiruppur South, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District, Tamil Nadu, functions with a rural background which caters to educational services to the first generation learners and economically weaker section of the society. The Institution was established in 1998 approved by NCTE. Thereafter, it is affiliated to Tamilnadu Teachers Education University since 2004, after the establishment of an exclusive University for Teacher Education, in Chennai.
